Teaching Positions

English Bridge Instructor

An English Bridge Instructor Must:
-Score in the top 1% (99 Percentile) both on the GMAT and GRE.
-Score a 9.0 in IELTS (or any equivalent English proficiency tests)
-Acknowledge that the IELTS and TOEFL tests are not fit to evaluate the true English proficiency of a person. A 9.0 bandscore in IELTS or 120 / 120 in TOEFL iBT do not guarantee the true mastery of the English language due to the tests’ low difficulty and shallowness.
-Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a passion for teaching
-Pass a background check and personality screening

English Next Instructor

An English Bridge Instructor Must:
-Have a score of 8.0 for IELTS.
-Not Required to possess any knowledge of GMAT, GRE and SAT.

Customer Relationship Personnels act as the first point of contact for all new parent inquiries received via telephone / email / website, open days or walk-ins, to provide efficient data capture while providing an excellent customer service experience.
The success of this role is measured by the number and proportion of inquiries captured and that progress to an appointment with an Admissions Manager and/or to Application status.
Accountable for the level of customer service provided, the promptness and efficiency of the inquiry handling process, and the accuracy of lead qualification and quality of data capture.

Business Development Manager

The BDM contributes to the development of the school’s marketing strategy to support the School’s enrolment growth agenda. Job description
The Franchise Services & Training Executive is responsible for contributing to the strategy and delivery of training in order to drive the financial performance of centers across the WSE global network. This is achieved through the implementation of process and procedures that enhance and secure educational excellence, center operational margins and profits. A key role is the collection, definition and production of relevant and scalable content in order to implement, guarantee and safeguard Standard Operating Procedures to the global network. Additionally the role supports the deployment of new revenue streams to enhance learner performance thus driving royalties and learning materials sales. In addition the Franchise Services & Training Executive supports territories in planning, scheduling and delivering training across various platforms in order to improve business efficiency and effectiveness. Success is measured against network KPIs and business SOPs.
Includes the following:
· Contribute and give input to the creation of a long term network training strategy and method of delivery keeping abreast of industry standards to educate, train and execute operations across the global network in order to:
o Guarantee consistent and premium brand experience across the global network
o Manage the customer journey from sales conversion to student retention in order to drive sustainable center profitability
o Enhance educational experience and efficacy
o Train and coach center network staff to drive performance and reduce turnover
· Aid in the alignment of learning solutions with network needs and deliver various learning methodologies to facilitate learning, build learner motivation, deliver constructive feedback, create a positive learning culture and ensure learning outcomes in addition to business results
· Support Franchise Services and Training Manager in identifying continuous improvement and operational efficiency opportunities throughout the organization through the gathering and sharing of best practices from across the network
· Update, implement and safeguard Standard Operating Procedure across the global network to guarantee quality and efficiency in the Sales and Service experience in Center and online.
· Visit territories, deliver training, and follow up with regular communication in order to drive local performance
· Be a Subject Matter Expert or owner as required on cross functional projects to provide field insight and lead operational initiatives and execute against goals related to projects to ensure the integration of training and learning service models within the organization
· Act as a talent scout across the network in order to maintain a solid pipeline of future leaders across WSE.
